Stayed for 7 days and didn't want to leave, I would stay here again. Spotless hotel, greatly enjoyed to be near to train station, all the attractions and Blackpool thanks to great location. My triple room had an electric kettle, central heating, and TV. Everyone from the staff was amicable.

Lovely garden and free WiFi for those who enjoy staring at their screens instead of enjoying Blackpool's attractions. Madame Tussauds is conveniently close so you can see wax figures instead of real people.
Couldn't find any hot water or heating during my stay, but who needs those luxuries anyway?

The Christmas experience at this hotel was enjoyable for a few reasons. the location was very convenient, with key attractions and amenities within walking distance. Secondly, the breakfast served was delicious and satisfying. Finally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist and make our stay pleasant.
On the downside, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The hotel's facilities were very basic and outdated, with some areas in need of refurbishment.
